Helping Communities Work (HCW) facilitates human capital, workforce and professional development collaborations with industry and trade associations, individual membership organizations and government through "the Power of A". The plan positions associations to compete favorably for various Power of A awards in 2022, which is an annual event sponsored by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) http://www.thepowerofa.org - https://www.asaecenter.org/
HCW also assists organizations interested in becoming approved as publicly funded Eligible Training Providers through the Employment and Training Administration of the US Department of Labor. Each program, which can include fellowships, internships and industry-recognized apprenticeships, can empower industries and workers across all generations to support the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
HCW welcomes collaborations with industry and trade associations in order to support human capital and workforce development. HCW recommends and utilizes"Engaging Workforce Development: A Framework for Meeting CRA Obligations", a useful guide published by the Kansas City Federal Reserve. https://www.kansascityfed.org/community/workforce/engaging-workforce-cra
